At ACI Aronno, we are committed to ensuring you love your fashion choices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ACI Aronno account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and state the reason.

  Quality Inspection Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is placed back in its original packaging with all designer labels, hangtags, and invoices included to facilitate a smooth approval process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the parcel and provide you with a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
